I host my site on shared hosting. My connection is too slow and unreliable to use my own server and I have no need for a dedicated server or VPS. Therefore, many other websites are on the same field as me, and I have often asked their nature. Besides curiosity, this could be used to see you agree with the ethical stance of your webhost, to check to see if any of the other pages of resources (and thus slowing down your site) and to check whether any security risks.
Each server has an IP address, and specialized websites, a list of domains on this IP address can be returned. Several websites do this, and many of the service.
If a type in a domain or IP address on myIPneighbors.com, the site lists other areas, based on the IP. It can be a little unreliable, but without a doubt on the side of the heavy load.
I have already pointed out that this page does not have practical applications. It is interesting to see how packed your host server, so you can see how good a deal you get and what they are hosting. This can be useful, because it seldom show host, but it is very important for the reputation of the company.
It could also be an interesting tool for the investigations. With it you can see which projects to start businesses if they are stupid enough to put the domain on the same server.
